Real ingredients of custard
5 deciliter coffee cream or half milk, half cream
1 vanilla pod
5 egg yolks
40 grams sugar
Preparation of Real custard
Have your fill sink with cold water.
Pour the cream into a saucepan and add the split vanilla pod lengthwise with.
Remove the pan from the heat as the cream just to a simmer and leave it 20 to 30 minutes.
Beat the egg yolks and sugar until a creamy mixture.
Pour the cream through a sieve and keep beat with wooden spoon or spatula.
Heat the mixture over low heat 8 to 10 minutes and stir while constant.
Put the pan when the custard is cooked immediately in cold water in the sink and beat with wooden spoon or spatula through.
Pour the custard into a bowl to go to cool or serve immediately. Good recept.
