4 yolks
30 g sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1 / 2 liter milk
Preparation:
Beat 4 yolks separately with 30 g of sugar and a sachet of vanilla sugar.
Stir in ½ liter of milk by.
Strain into a buttered fireproof dish and bake au bain-marie 25 minutes in an oven of 160 °. Make sure the water is not dry!
If everything solidified immediately serve.
