Ingredients of Spotted Dick with Custard
DOUGH:
250 gram flour
10 grams baking powder
50 grams breadcrumbs
150 grams butter
75 grams brown sugar
75 grams currants / raisins
grated rind of 1 orange
200 ml milk
CUSTARD:
3 egg yolks
2 deciliter whipping cream
1 deciliter milk
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar or 0.5 vanilla pod (split)

Preparation of Spotted Dick with Custard
Spotted Dick:
Put the flour, baking powder, breadcrumbs, sugar, currants / raisins and zest in the bowl. Stir as well.
