Ingredients:
1 small pumpkin
5 hen
75 g sugar palm
a pinch of salt
250 ml coconut cream
Preparation:
Cut the top of the pumpkin and remove the seeds and flesh out the most.
Beat the eggs in a bowl of light, do the salt, sugar and coconut milk and mix everything well.
Pour the liquid into the pumpkin, put the top back on pumpkin and steam the pumpkin ± 20 minutes until the liquid has become thick.
